Applying for Staff
First of all thank you for your interest in applying for staff and joining the AquaMC staff team!
All staff applications will be displayed publicly on the forum for community members to see and reply to. Be aware that community members are also allowed to post feedback on your threads. This will effect your application since we would like our community to have an impact on the staff members who will join the staff team.
Please be aware that your application can be in waiting 1-2 weeks to allow the community to give feedback and the management team to discuss your application in depth.
Below is a list of requirements and some tips.
Requirements an applicant must meet:
The following items on the list are the guidelines we use to determine the future staff members.
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- Your account must have never been permanently banned or muted on the network.
- You must have 50+ hours played on the gamemode you are applying as staff for (we can detect AFK hours).
- You must have a Discord account with 2 factor authentication.
- As a staff member, you must have an excellent understanding of the server guidelines and act according to them.
- You are required to have a microphone to verbally communicate in staff meetings and trainings.
Note: Requirements may vary for each applicant. This means some requirements may not apply to you at all if you can prove you are qualified in other areas.
Tip: Try not to only meet the requirements but surpass them to stand out.
Tips for Applications:
- You will receive a message in case you get rejected. Reading it will be helpful.
- We seek qualified members for our team, try to stand out with your competency and personality but make sure you put the essential too.
- Be patient, we want the absolute best on the Aqua MC staff team and we will take time to review applications.
- Be honest, honest behaviour is key since as a staff member, you have access to more information and authority.
- Be mature, we need responsible members in our staff team who act as a leader and a truly matured person. Remember, this does not mean you can't joke around!
Note: You will receive a message in case your application gets rejected and we will move the application to the "Archived" category. Please wait at least 30 days before posting another application unless told otherwise by the staff team in response to your application.
