General Information:

Our rules are not exhaustive, and we rely on your common sense to understand their intent. Staff, with extensive training, exercise discretion in issuing warnings and punishments.

Ensure the security of your Minecraft account; never share your details or passwords. You're responsible for your account's safety.

To report staff misconduct, file a Staff Report. For punishment appeals, submit a Ban/Mute Appeal on the Forums, following guidelines in our "Appeal Your Punishment" article.

Private Messages & Group Chats:

Staff generally doesn't moderate voluntary chats, but group chats aren't immune. Admins may act on rule violations in these chats if needed.

Private messages are rarely punished unless reported. Reporting rule violations in /msg, /r, /tell, etc., may lead to consequences for the sender.

Evasion:

Avoid evading restrictions; the punishment severity depends on the initial offense:

  • Evasion without additional violations follows the original punishment path.
  • Evasion with Minor/Moderate violations follows the initial offense.
  • Evasion with Major violations follows a Particularly Toxic Player path.
  • Evasion with cheating violations follows a Particularly Toxic Player or Malicious ToS path, based on past history.
  • Evasions of permanent punishments are treated as Malicious ToS violations.

Minor Violations [MIN]

Minor Violations are those that are more of an annoyance than a true issue. Examples include:

  • Spam
  • Chat Trolling
  • Custom Font
  • Excessive Use of Foreign Languages in Public Chat

  • Nickname Formatting (enforced by chat filter)

Typical Minor Punishment Path: /warn&ban > 30m > 1h > 3h > 8h > 1d > 3d > 1w > 1mo > 3mo (repeat)

Verbal warnings and /warn&ban are a courtesy and are given at staff discretion. Staff may use an Accelerated Pathway when players violate rules quickly after their punishment expires.

Appeals for Minor Punishments will only be accepted or reduced if the punishment was in error. Appeals will only be processed if the punishment is longer than one day.

Moderate Violations [MOD]

Moderate Violations are more serious offenses that can disrupt the gameplay experience. Examples include:

  • Griefing
  • Inappropriate Builds
  • Disruptive Redstone Devices
  • Impersonation of Staff
  • Inappropriate Skins
  • Bug Exploitation
  • Inappropriate Behavior Towards Players

Typical Moderate Punishment Path: /ban > 1d > 3d > 1w > 1mo > 3mo > 6mo (repeat)

Verbal warnings and /ban are a courtesy and are given at staff discretion. Staff may use an Accelerated Pathway when players violate rules quickly after their punishment expires.

Appeals for Moderate Punishments will only be accepted or reduced if the punishment was in error. Appeals will only be processed if the punishment is longer than three days.
