Here's How You Can Apply for a Ban or Mute Appeal
Staff members are trained to act on those who disrupt the order with properly appointed penalties such as mutes and bans. In some cases the staff member can be in the wrong and wrongly judge, leading to a false penalty. If this is the case here's how you can apply for the removal of this penalty.
Application Format:
You can apply with this format on the forum or on Discord tickets.
Violation Degree: We format violations as MIN/MOD/MAJ/EXT to determine how serious the violation is. See Rules.
Penalty Type: Put the type of penalty you received in here. "1 day ban" or "8 hours mute" for example.
Server: Put the server you received the penalty from here, Avaloria or OP Prison are the only options for now.
Reason: Put the reason you received in your penalty report written by the staff member.
Username: Your in-game username.
Staff Username: The in-game username of the staff you received the report from.
Excuse for Appeal: Put in why you think the penalty was misjudged. Evidence would make things a lot easier for us to draw the penalty back.
